The undisguised need in his eyes made her feel like the strongest woman on earth. "I told you what I've been too chicken to admit while awake," she said, turning her face into his hand and kissing his palm. "But awake or asleep, it'll never change." She took the biggest dare of her life. "I love you, Cam. I always will." The words were barely out before he whooped and again spun her around the room.

When her head stopped spinning, she smiled and said, "I want to be with you."

He went still. "Define 'be with.'"

It wasn't easy to explain-not when she'd kept everything inside for so long. "I want to stay in Colorado. And write." She cleared her throat and voiced her new dream. "A book."

His eyes darkened, smoldered. "A romance?"

She blushed, knowing he was thinking of her journal, and where that had led them. "No. I have a feeling I have all the romance I need. I mean… I want more than just to stay. I want to be Mrs. Cameron Reeves."

His eyes lit up with happiness, boosting her confidence.

"I want that more than I've wanted anything in my entire life."

His slow grin was wide and gorgeous. "Well, darlin', that makes two of us."

A cheer went up on the other side of the door. Zach's, Jason's and Nellie's voices became clear as they began to congratulate each other. Ally cried.

Cam looked at Haley, laughing. "Wait. It makes six of us."
